U.S. Renal Care, Inc. in Georgia seeks a licensed LVN/LPN to support dialysis patients and clinic operations. You will manage supplies, assist with billing, and document patient care activities under the supervision of the Charge Nurse.

The role requires current LVN/LPN licensure, CPR within 90 days, and basic computer skills. Dialysis experience is preferred and USRC training is provided within 8 weeks of hire, with full-time benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold a current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state and maintain it in good standing.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors.
• Previous dialysis experience preferred.
• Completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director within 8 weeks of hire.
• Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must meet state-specific practice requirements.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• May assist with billing log preparation and updates.
• Perform duties to meet patient care or operational needs of the clinic.
• Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required.
• Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles.
• Maintain documentation in patient records including progress reports.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Report machine problems to Biomedical Technician and Administrator.
• Attend staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
• Assist with staff training as requested.
