Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) to support the clinic's patient care and operational needs.

Responsibilities include obtaining blood samples, documenting medication reviews, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The role requires current LVN/LPN license in the appropriate state, CPR within 90 days of hire, strong communication in English, and successful completion of USRC training within 8 weeks.

Qualifications

• CPR certification within 90 days of hire
• Demonstrated ability to communicate in English
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days
• Must meet state practice requirements
• LVN/LPN license active in applicable state
• Successful completion of USRC training program within 8 weeks of hire

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate efficient use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• Assist with billing log preparation and updates.
• Meet patient care or operational needs of the clinic.
• Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete physician orders.
• Document monthly review of patient medication profiles.
• Maintain accurate documentation in patient records of treatments and communications.
• Report significant changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Report machine problems to Biomedical Technician and Administrator.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education.
• Assist with staff training as requested.
