Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed vocational nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our renal care team. The role focuses on patient care in a dialysis clinic, with responsibilities including collecting specimens, updating patient medication profiles, and documenting treatments.

Candidates should have or be eligible for a Florida LVN/LPN license, CPR certification within 90 days, and strong English communication skills. Dialysis experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LVN/LPN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong ability to document accurately and thoroughly.
• Dialysis experience preferred.
• Demonstrated English communication skills (verbal/written).
• Able to follow physician orders and physician directions.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete physician orders.
• Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles.
• Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in patient records.
• Report changes in patient condition to Charge Nurse.
• Assist with staff training and participate in staff meetings.
