Job summary

U.S. Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a licensed LVN/LPN to support patient care in a clinical setting. You will obtain blood samples, review patient medication profiles, and document all treatments and communications in the patient record with thorough accuracy.

The role requires strong written and verbal English, ability to organize time and tasks, and basic computer skills. Dialysis experience is preferred, and completion of USRC training within 8 weeks of hire is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid LVN/LPN license in the applicable state.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
• Dialysis experience preferred.
• Completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director, within 8 weeks of hire.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of English, written and verbal.
• Ability to organize time and tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in USRC clinical applications within 90 days of hire.
• Must meet state practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate effective use of supplies and staff labor hours.
• May assist with billing log preparation and updates.
• Perform duties to meet patient care or operational needs of the clinic.
• Obtain blood samples for laboratory analysis as required to complete physician orders.
• Complete and document monthly review of patient medication profiles.
• Maintain documentation in patient records for treatments and communications.
• Report changes in patient condition to the Charge Nurse.
• Report machine problems to Biomedical Technician and Administrator.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education offerings.
• Assist with staff training as requested.
