Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay and flexible scheduling.

We value reliability and provide local staffing coordinators available daily. Active LPN license, 1 year facility-based experience, BLS/CPR, and ability to meet physical demands are required. Per diem roles offer part-time and full-time hours based on facility needs.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based nursing experience is required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification is required.
• PPD within the last year is required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
