Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA seeks experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

Earn $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay. Per diem shifts offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and local staffing coordinators available 5 AM–11:30 PM. Active LPN license, 1 year of facility-based experience, and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
