Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. The role offers pay of $37–$39 per hour with per diem scheduling and opportunities for same-day or next-day pay.

Qualifications include an active LPN license, minimum 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and a recent PPD. The position requires the ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations, and involves coordinating care

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
