First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. Competitive pay at $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay options.

We value reliability and provide flexible scheduling. Active LPN license, 1 year of facility-based experience, BLS/CPR, and PPD within the last year are required. Local applicants preferred and EOE. Per diem shifts offer variety across facilities and career growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
