Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. Earn $37-$39/hour with Same-Day or Next-Day pay options and flexible scheduling. You must hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based nursing, current BLS/CPR, and a PPD within the last year.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, document patient information, and coordinate with the care team. Local applicants only.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
