Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses for Per Diem roles across Hampton Roads, VA. Pay is $37-$39/hour with same-day or next-day pay options and RapidPay Card. Local staffing coordinators are available to support scheduling and placement.

Applicants must hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, BLS/CPR current, and a recent PPD. Per diem positions offer flexible hours and quick alignment with local facilities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
