First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Per diem roles offer flexible scheduling and rapid placement with competitive pay of $37-$39 per hour.

This position requires an active LPN license, at least one year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR. Per Diem positions may include same-day or next-day pay options and supportive local staffing coordinators.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
