Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads, VA. This role offers $37-$39/hour on a per diem basis with flexible scheduling and local coordinators.

We provide same-day or next-day pay via RapidPay Card, a hiring bonus after 2 shifts, and weekly pay. Active LPN license, minimum 1 year facility experience, and current BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
