Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Competitive pay: $37-$39/hour with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay options.

Active LPN license required with at least 1 year of facility-based experience, BLS/CPR, and recent PPD. Per diem shifts offer flexibility and local scheduling; Ready for more flexibility? Local applicants only.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
