Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads.

Position offers $37-$39/hour with per diem scheduling, same-day or next-day pay via RapidPay Card, and local staffing coordinators available 5 AM-11:30 PM. Requirements include Active LPN license, 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, and recent PPD. Ready for flexible scheduling and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
