Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living Salisbury is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a per diem schedule. The role involves direct resident care, daily living activities, medication monitoring, and adherence to regulations and PSL policies.

Candidates must hold a current LPN license and have at least one year of experience serving seniors. We offer flexible scheduling and a supportive team dedicated to high-quality elder care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
• Assist in monitoring medication programs.
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and regulations and PSL policies.
