Job summary

Peregrine Senior Living in Salisbury, MD is seeking an energetic Licensed Practical Nurse for a per diem position. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor medications, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed.
• Assist in monitoring medication programs.
• Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the MAR for all residents.
• Monitor and report any resident changes in condition in accordance with rules and PSL policies.
