Join to apply for the Per Diem-Leasing Consultant role at Beztak.

Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for bright, dynamic leaders passionate about service and committed to excellence. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting visitors, presenting community features and benefits professionally, and securing lease agreements. A Leasing Consultant must be customer service-oriented, making residents and prospects feel welcome and comfortable, reflecting Beztak's vision and brand.

As a per diem employee, you will work on an as-needed basis, picking up open shifts. You can set your schedule, with work offered across communities in Madison Heights, Ann Arbor, Farmington, and Detroit, based on business needs. Per diem employees are required to work at least one 8-hour shift every four weeks and not exceed 29 hours per week.

Key Functions

• Provide excellent customer service in a clean, friendly, and professional leasing office
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to deliver a thorough and exceptional experience for residents and prospects
• Secure lease agreements and manage lease renewals for current residents
• Produce weekly measurable results to achieve and maintain occupancy goals

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong customer service skills
• Timeliness and organization
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change
• Prior leasing experience is a plus
