Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for bright, dynamic leaders with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting visitors, presenting the features and benefits of the apartment community professionally, and securing lease agreements. A Leasing Consultant must be customer service-oriented and focused on making residents and prospects feel welcome and comfortable, demonstrating a commitment to service that aligns with Beztak's vision and brand.

This is a per diem position, offering flexible work on an as-needed basis by picking up open shifts. Per diem employees set their own schedules and may work at various communities within the Madison Heights, Ann Arbor, Farmington, and Detroit areas based on business needs. Employees are required to work at least one 8-hour shift every four weeks and not exceed 29 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a clean, friendly, and professional leasing office environment.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to deliver a thorough and exceptional experience for residents and prospects.
• Secure lease agreements and manage lease renewals for current residents.
• Produce weekly measurable results to achieve and maintain occupancy goals.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong customer service skills.
• Timely and organized work habits.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to change.
• Prior leasing experience is a plus but not required.
