In this client-facing role, you will establish and maintain business and be the face of Alden Towers Apartments in Detroit, MI. We are looking for someone with leasing or property management experience.

• Seasonal Role: May - September*

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical duties as required
• Field general questions regarding rental units and property features
• Answer phones, greet potential clients, and show model apartments
• Assist potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Valid driver’s license
• Availability to work on Saturdays
• Strong sales and marketing abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Leasing or property management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic to intermediate level)
