Beztak, a national Real Estate Development, Construction, and Property Management company, is seeking talented individuals to join our team. We are looking for bright, dynamic leaders with a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. The Leasing Consultant - Per Diem will provide excellent customer service, greet visitors, showcase the community's features, and secure lease agreements. A customer service-oriented attitude and the ability to make residents feel welcome are essential.

This position offers flexibility as a per diem role, allowing employees to pick up shifts at various communities in Madison Heights, Ann Arbor, Farmington, and Detroit. Employees must work at least one 8-hour shift every four weeks and not exceed 29 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service in a clean, friendly leasing office
2. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the community to assist residents and prospects
3. Secure lease agreements and facilitate lease renewals
4. Achieve occupancy goals through weekly measurable results

Skills and Qualifications

1. Strong customer service skills
2. Timeliness and organization
3. Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly
4. Previous leasing experience is a plus
