We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual with previous sales or retail sales experience, as well as multi-family experience, who can provide thorough service to our renters.

Job duties and responsibilities include:

1. Presenting apartments and amenities positively to prospective tenants
2. Building rapport with current and prospective tenants while providing personalized service
3. Preparing and executing lease agreements and addendums in accordance with property standards and regulations
4. Maintaining apartment availability and unit status records
5. Monitoring community facilities such as laundry, mail, guest cards, and fitness center
6. Ensuring effective property maintenance
7. Screening prospective tenants to meet eligibility requirements
8. Overseeing and coordinating new tenant orientation
9. Assisting with office and clerical tasks
10. Following up on service requests
11. Processing rent payments, security deposits, and applicable fees
12. Maintaining and storing documentation properly
13. Inspecting properties during tenant move-in and move-out
14. Liaising with tenants to provide information and address concerns
15. Working independently and as part of a team
16. Performing other duties as assigned by the property manager
17. Answering telephones professionally and courteously

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative work
• Experience with YARDI and CRM software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to multitask during busy periods
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry
