Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: identify/evaluate specimen collection and storage; maintain accuracy and safety.
• Experience: 1 year lab experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Label and identify specimens and requisitions; report discrepancies.
• Inventory supplies and restock workstations.
• Maintain specimen integrity and proper transport of specimens.
• Prepare benches and reload instruments for daily workload.
• Monitor equipment temperatures and document readings.
• Perform send-out tasks and specimen triage as needed.
• Follow safety, quality, and infection control policies.
