Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years related experience in surgical/interventional settings.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and universal precautions.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained.
• Ability to assist with interventional procedures under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist scrub and circulating duties during interventional procedures.
• Prepare procedure room and stock supplies; maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with patient preparation and positioning.
• Transfer patients and position them for procedures; assist physician.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and document issues.
