Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support interventional procedures in our New Jersey facility. You will assist with room preparation, stock supplies, and maintain a sterile environment under physician supervision.

The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, familiarity with C-Arm and ultrasound equipment, and completion of BLS. A strong focus on patient safety and data accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience is preferred.
• Experience with interventional equipment (C-Arm, ultrasound) required.
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and universal precautions.
• Successful completion of BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up and maintaining the procedure room.
• Stock procedure room and trays with supplies and interventional equipment.
• Clean the procedure room and equipment after procedures.
• Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning and prepping as needed.
• Assist the physician during interventional procedures under fluoroscopy while maintaining sterility.
• Administer medications within approved scope and state regulations.
• Assist with patient transfers and transport to and from the procedure room.
