Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support patients in the Longmont, CO area. You’ll provide direct infusion nursing care in homes and alternate sites, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team in a per diem schedule.

You must hold an RN license in Colorado (BSN preferred) and be comfortable driving to patient homes for infusions, with mileage reimbursement offered. This role emphasizes safety, documentation, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing (Colorado).
• BSN preferred.
• Advanced certifications (CRNI/ONS/IgRN) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care for infusion patients in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patient and caregiver on safe administration of home infusion therapy.
• Assess home environment for safety and adequacy of prescribed care.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the care team.
