Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Parker, CO and surrounding areas. The role focuses on direct bedside care, education, and collaboration with the care team in patients’ homes or alternate sites.

Applicants must be a Colorado-licensed RN (BSN preferred) with infusion experience. The schedule is 10–20 hours per week with per diem pay and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing in Colorado
• BSN degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Advanced certification in infusion (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred
• 3+ years nursing experience with infusion therapy background
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office; knowledge of AlayaCare/Insight/CPR+/Concur/Paylocity is helpful

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including initiation and maintenance of communications with care team members
• Educate patient/care partner to safely administer home infusion therapy
• Assess home environment for safety and appropriateness of care
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team
• Manage schedule via company platform; notify team of changes
• Coordinate patient care via approved company platform
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation for continuous nursing support
• Document encounters and comply with policy and state guidelines
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards
• Ensure timely submission of POT and required clinical documents
