Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients at the Austin Infusion Suite and in nearby homes. The role involves direct patient care, care planning, and education in home or alternate sites, with on-call responsibilities and schedule flexibility.

Requirements include a current RN license, BSN preferred, infusion therapy experience, and proficiency with Outlook/Office. Mileage reimbursement is offered for home visits and mileage stops.

Qualifikationen

• Current RN license in good standing with the state board.
• RN degree; BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Infusion therapy experience preferred.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotations, nights and weekends.
• Experience with IV access devices and home infusion care.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Office.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy patients in home or infusion suite settings.
• Assess, plan, educate, and evaluate care per care matrices and best practices.
• Coordinate patient care and scheduling via company platform; document encounters promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure continuous nursing support.
• Ensure completion of POTs and required clinical documents per policy.
