Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Tucson, AZ area. The Infusion Nurse provides primary patient care for assigned patients including assessments, care planning, evaluation, and education for patients receiving infusion therapy in the home or alternate site setting.

Schedule offers 15–20 hours per week with a flexible arrangement and on-call rotation. RN license required; BSN preferred; infusion experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Experience in infusion therapy preferred
• On-call rotation including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for infusion patients including initiation and maintenance of therapy.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion procedures.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers, and other care team members.
• Document encounters and comply with policies and state guidelines.
