Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Alliance, OH and surrounding areas. You will provide direct infusion care in patients' homes, coordinate with the care team, educate patients, and ensure safe, compliant delivery of therapy.

The role requires a Multistate RN license or Ohio licensure in good standing, a BSN preferred, and 3+ years of nursing experience with infusion exposure. Per diem hours and on‑call rotation included.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing
• BSN preferred
• Multistate RN license for Ohio or willingness to obtain
• 3+ years nursing experience, infusion preferred
• On-call rotations including nights/weekends as needed
• CPR/first aid certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide direct infusion care in patients' homes
• Coordinate with care team including pharmacists and physicians
• Educate patients and caregivers on infusion therapy
• Assess home environment for safety and suitability
• Document patient encounters and treatment plans
• Manage scheduling and ensure timely POT submission
