Job summary

Soleo Health seeks a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients at our Austin Infusion Suite and in patients’ homes across the surrounding area. You will provide direct nursing care, perform assessments, plan and educate for infusion therapies, and coordinate care with the care team.

Flexibility with schedule and travel within a 100-mile radius is required. Requirements include an active RN license and 3+ years of nursing experience with infusion therapy preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in the applicable state.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Advanced certifications (CRNI/ONS/IgRN) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy in home or alternate sites.
• Educate patient and care partner on home infusion therapy and safety.
• Develop care plans and evaluate responses to therapy with the team.
• Coordinate scheduling and patient care via approved platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotation and document encounters per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
