Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Newburyport, MA and surrounding areas. You will provide direct home-infusion care, educate patients, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe, effective therapy.

Requirements include an active MA RN license, 3+ years in nursing with infusion experience, and the ability to work 20 hours/week with occasional evenings. Mileage reimbursement provided along with competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• BSN preferred; advanced infusion nursing credentials encouraged.
• Minimum 3 years in nursing with infusion therapy background.
• Experience in ICU or cardiac care preferred.
• Administrative oversight and regulatory compliance experience is a plus.
• Flexible to emergencies and non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned home infusion patients and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and care partners on home infusion therapy and safety.
• Develop and adjust plans of care with the team; document therapy events.
• Manage scheduling and patient visits using company platform; on-call rotation.
• Ensure timely submission of POTs and compliance with state guidelines.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
