Job summary

Soleo Health Inc is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Cape May, NJ and surrounding areas. The role requires an active NJ RN license, infusion experience, and the ability to travel within the region.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, education, and coordination with the care team, with a schedule that supports 20 hours per week on a per-diem basis and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the NJ Board of Nursing.
• RN degree, BSN preferred.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy in home infusion or AIS infusion suite.
• Experience with ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for assigned patients, including initiation and maintenance of communication with the care team.
• Educate patients/care partners to safely administer home infusion therapy and provide instruction.
• Assess home environment and identify interventions to ensure safe care.
• Develop and evaluate plan of care with the team; monitor response to therapy.
• Coordinate patient care via approved platform; manage scheduling and documentation.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to ensure continuous support.
• Maintain documentation per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
