Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in the Cape May, NJ area. The role involves direct patient care, education, and coordination with the care team in a home/in alternate-site setting.

Requires NJ RN license, 3+ years infusion experience, and ability to drive regionally. Per diem 20 hours weekly with mileage reimbursement and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by New Jersey Board of Nursing in good standing.
• RN degree, BSN from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy background.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite; beneficial knowledge of AlayaCare, CPR+, Insight, Concur and Paylocity.
• Valid state driver’s license with no significant restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of communications with care team members.
• Assess, educate, and supervise home infusion therapy administration by patient/care partner.
• Evaluate home environment and identify safety interventions for prescribed care.
• Develop and adjust the plan of care with the team and evaluate therapy response.
• Manage schedule and coordinate patient care via company platform.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation to provide continuous nursing support.
• Document patient encounters and care activities per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and clinical standards.
