Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our infusion patients in the Cape May, NJ area and surrounding communities. The role provides direct patient care, including assessments, education, care planning, and coordination with the care team in home or alternate site settings.

Candidates must hold a NJ RN license, have infusion therapy experience (home infusion or AIS infusion suite), and be able to work a flexible schedule with a 20-hour-per-week minimum.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by the state Board of Nursing (NJ) in good standing.
• RN degree; BSN preferred as an added qualification.
• Certifications in CRNI, ONS, IgRN preferred but not required.
• Experience in infusion therapy, either home infusion or AIS infusion suite.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and maintain scheduling/coordination.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care for assigned infusion patients in home or alternate sites.
• Educate patients and care partners; develop and evaluate plans of care.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, dietitians, and care partners.
• Maintain documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in nurse on-call rotation and manage scheduling via approved platform.
