Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Ridgeland, MS and surrounding areas. The role involves direct patient care, education, and coordination in home/home-like settings. Eligible candidates will hold an active RN license and have infusion experience; BSN and specialty certifications are preferred.

Travel to patient sites and flexible hours are required. Per diem position offering 16–24 hours per week, with mileage reimbursement and benefits under

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing with the applicable state's board.
• BSN preferred from an accredited program.
• Advanced certification in specialty areas (CRNI/ONS/IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• ICU or Cardiac care experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Outlook and Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy patients in home/alternate sites.
• Educate patient and caregiver on home infusion safely and procedures.
• Assess home environment and modify plan of care as needed.
• Develop and evaluate the care plan with the team and patient.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication via approved platforms.
• Document encounters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of Soleo therapies, protocols, and standards.
• Ensure timely submission of POTs and clinical documents.
