Qualifications

• Current RN license by the applicable state’s Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with background in infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in ICU and/or Cardiac Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care for all assigned patients including initiation and maintenance of communications.
• Evaluate and educate patient/care partner to administer home infusion therapy safely.
• Document all patient encounters and communications as per policy.
