Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support infusion patients in Longmont, CO and surrounding areas. You will provide direct home-care nursing, educate families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safe infusion therapy.

The role requires an active CO RN license, BSN preferred, and experience in infusion therapy. Mileage reimbursement, PTO, and competitive wages are offered; schedule includes weekdays with some evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Current RN license by Colorado Board of Nursing.
• BSN degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Advanced infusion nursing certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care for infusion therapy and related nursing services in the home or alternate site.
• Educate patient and care partner on safely administering home infusion therapy.
• Coordinate care with pharmacists, prescribers, and care teams; document encounters timely.
