Job summary

Soleo Health is seeking a Per Diem Infusion Nurse to support our Specialty Infusion patients in Hyannis, MA. The Ambulatory Infusion Center nurse will provide primary patient care for infusion therapy and education in home or alternate site settings.

The role requires RN licensure, infusion experience, and strong assessment skills. Per diem hours, no weekends/holidays, with travel to other locations as needed and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state in good standing.
• BSN preferred.
• Advanced certifications (CRNI, ONS, IgRN) preferred but not required.
• Minimum 3 years nursing experience with infusion therapy.
• Current nursing license for home state.
• Administrative oversight responsibilities and resource management.
• Emergency availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• ICU/Cardiac care experience preferred; proficient with MS Office.
• Valid driver’s license with no significant restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including IVIG, biologics, and other infusibles.
• Educate patients and complete comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Establish and maintain peripheral IVs and central lines as needed.
• Submit clinical records promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and administer medications; triage infusion inquiries.
• Travel to other locations when necessary; communicate clearly with team.
• Support performance improvement and infection control standards.
