Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for ALF/Memory Care settings on a per diem, part-time basis. The role offers a pay rate of $70–$90 per hour and requires licensure in New Jersey (or eligibility) with CCC‑SLP certification.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, planning personalized therapy, and guiding families and aides in techniques and home exercise programs, in a clinical setting that emphasizes care quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey or eligible.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Evaluates a patient's need for speech therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
• Instructs family members, Home Health Aides, and other caregivers in speech therapy techniques.

Responsibilities
