Job summary

Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is seeking a motivated Speech Therapist for a per diem role in Montclair, NJ. You will assess patients, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver high-quality care in an ALF/m memory care setting.

Requirements include NJ licensure or eligibility and CCC-SLP certification. You will also educate families and aides on therapy techniques and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in New Jersey.
• CCC-SLP certification required or in progress.
• Experience evaluating speech therapy needs and planning treatment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' speech therapy needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide appropriate care and treatment per physician plan and policy.
• Instruct family members and aides in speech therapy techniques and home exercises.
