Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program.
• Current licensure or eligibility to practice in New Jersey.
• Eligibility for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop therapy goals and plans; document progress.
• Coordinate adaptive communication devices and train residents in use.
• Select activities matching each resident's abilities and interests.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to tailor therapy regimens.
• Instruct residents in techniques for participation and monitor progress.
• Attend meetings and participate in staff training on therapy techniques.
