Job summary

AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with home infusion therapy expertise to join our team. The RN will conduct in-home visits, educate patients, and support treatments such as IVIG and IV biologics while coordinating with pharmacy staff.

Under the Director of Nursing, you will make clinical decisions, document care, and ensure adherence to plans. Per diem, flexible hours, and contractor arrangements offer autonomy and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current state license.
• 2+ years in home infusion settings.
• Experience with IVIG and IV biologics.
• CRNI certification preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• CPR and BLS certified; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home infusion therapy visits per plan of care.
• Document nursing notes and interventions in records.
• Collaborate with pharmacy departments.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols and side effects.
• Ensure therapy adherence and safety.
• Coordinate with patient, family and providers.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and care plans.
• Maintain accurate progress records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
