AmeriPharma is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in home infusion therapy to join our team. This role combines in-home care and patient education, focusing on therapies such as IVIG and IV biologics.

You will provide telephone and in-person guidance to patients and families, under the Director of Nursing's supervision. The position offers a per diem, flexible hours, and independent contractor status, with care delivered in patients' homes across Oregon.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN state license.
• 2+ years of experience in home infusion and infusion centers.
• 2+ experience with IV Immunoglobulins and IV Biologics; CRNI preferred.
• Experience with peripheral IV starts, infusion therapy, and phlebotomy.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct in home infusion therapy visits per plan of care.
• Prepare clinical notes and document patient interventions in records.
• Act as a clinical resource, collaborating with pharmacy and team.
• Educate patients on therapy protocols, side effects, and adherence.
• Assess progress and revise care plans in coordination with the team.
