You will follow state laws, implement the plan of care, document responses, and educate patients and families while collaborating with the healthcare team in diverse home settings.

Qualifications

• Must hold OTA licensure in state of practice.
• Driver’s license and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws governing home care OT and work under supervising OT.
• Follow plan of care and assist patients with evidence-based treatment within OTA scope.
• Observe, record, and report patient responses and changes to the clinician.

Education

Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure

Current driver’s license and vehicle access
