Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of practice.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in diverse home settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to patients in their homes under supervision.
• Follow plan of care and state laws governing OT assistants.
• Observe, document and report patient progress to nurse and physician.
• Educate patient, family and care team on therapy within scope.
