Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant - Per Diem to provide in-home occupational therapy services in Washington state. You will operate under supervision, delivering evidence-based treatments and supporting patients and families to restore function.

Primary responsibilities include following care plans, documenting progress, and educating caregivers while complying with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant licensure in state of Washington.
• Preferred CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow state laws and supervision guidelines for OT in home care.
• Follow plan of care and perform evidence-based therapy within OTA scope.
• Observe and report patient progress to nurse supervisor and physician.
• Instruct patient, family, and care team on therapy within OTA scope.
• Provide care to patients in diverse home situations.
