Optum, part of the Elk Valley team within the UnitedHealth Group family, is hiring a Per Diem Aide to support individuals at home. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor conditions, and accompany clients to appointments, ensuring safety and confidentiality.

The role emphasizes driving to client homes, using EVV, and maintaining high standards of care. CPR certification is preferred, with TN training requirements noted.

Competenze

• Current driver\'s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit.
• TN: 75 hours of training including 16 clinical hours within first 3 months; qualified for basic services
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Mansioni

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs
