Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Per Diem Aide to provide in-home support, assisting with personal care and daily living activities to help individuals remain in their own homes. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, meal prep, and accompanying clients to appointments in a compassionate, compliant manner.

You will monitor client condition, document vitals, maintain confidentiality, and use EVV. TN requires 75 hours training and 16 clinical hours within 3 months; CPR preferred, with 6+

Qualifications

• Must have current drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation.
• TN: 75 hours of training including 16 clinical hours within first 3 months.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 6+ months of home care experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication reminder.
• Support household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV system.
• Ensure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
