Qualifications

• High School or better; Associates degree preferred.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
• Clear, confident speaking voice in person and on phone.

• Attentive to details, situations, and emergencies.
• Flexible scheduling for varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Answering and redirecting incoming calls with professionalism.
• Taking accurate messages and promptly responding to requests.
• Greets visitors warmly and completes inquiry forms.
• Respond to inquiries from residents, guests, and team members.
• Ensure emergencies are handled promptly and appropriately.
• Maintain front desk logs; basic data entry as needed.
