Job summary

Blossom Care Center in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is seeking a PRN Receptionist committed to friendly, professional service. You will greet visitors, answer phones, and support day-to-day administrative tasks in a busy skilled nursing environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong computer skills, and at least one year of relevant experience. Prior office experience with Outlook and Microsoft Office is preferred. This is a per diem role with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of relevant experience.
• Strong computer literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Internet.
• Proficient with standard office equipment (phone system, copier, fax, postage meter).
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals as they walk through the door and answer phones.
• Direct individuals to where in the building and transfer calls to staff.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by administrator.
• Maintain current directories of staff and residents.
• Maintain the comfort, privacy, and dignity of residents and interact warmly and respectfully.
• Comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, staff, and supervisors.
• Attend and participate in departmental meetings and in-services as directed.
• Report all resident, staff, or other concerns to the appropriate department head.
• Report all incidents, accidents, unsafe situations, and concerns immediately.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Ensure responsibilities are performed in line with policies and regulations.

Education

High school diploma or GED
